Who operates the site
MultiVerto operates multiverto.com and is the controller for the processing described here. You can reach us through the public email address on the Contact page.
Converter input and local preferences
Values typed into converters and files selected for conversion are processed in your browser; the website does not submit them to us or Google Analytics. Favourites, recently used tool IDs and your analytics choice can be saved in this browser so these features work on later visits. They remain until you clear site data or change the relevant setting.
Hosting and security
To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, request time, URL, browser information and security signals. This is necessary for operation and security, based on our legitimate interest in providing a reliable site. Cloudflare describes its handling of end-user data in its own privacy notice. We do not run an account system or collect converter input in server logs.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you choose to allow analytics. It can record page views and standard technical information about your browser and visit, and may use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<id> to distinguish visits. We do not send converter input, selected file contents, names or email addresses as analytics events. Analytics is based on your consent; rejecting it does not prevent use of the converters.
Retention and recipients
Local preferences remain on your device until removed. Google Analytics user and event data are set to two months of retention, without resetting that period on new activity; standard aggregate reports may remain longer. Cloudflare serves the site and Google provides optional analytics, so technical data may be processed by these providers, including outside the EEA under their applicable safeguards. Hosting security retention follows Cloudflare’s service settings and policies.
Your choices and rights
Use Cookie settings in the footer to give or withdraw analytics consent at any time. You may also clear this site’s local storage and cookies in your browser. Where the GDPR applies, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to certain processing. You may complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority. See the Contact page for the public communication channel.
